Description
The MPB Series 225 Humidifier – Version 2 is designed for use where a portable humidifier is required on the outlet of an oxygen therapy flowmeter.
CAP
The standard cap has an offset connection to assist the user in keeping the humidifier away from the oxygen cylinder if bottle mounted when setting up. The Humidifier is moulded from materials suitable for steam sterilization up to 121oC.
INLET CONNECTION: Female 9/16” UNF thread.
BOTTLE: This is manufactured from Homopolymer Polypropylene (HPPP) and has a capacity of 225ml.
SEALS: Nitrile seal is standard.
CONNECTION TUBE: This is manufactured from high temperature silicone tube.
FILTER: The filter is manufactured from a suitable grade of bronze and has a specific porosity to ensure correct characteristics.
STERILIZATION: The complete humidifier is suitable for steam sterilization at 121oC for 15 minutes.
TESTING: Every humidifier is flow tested to ensure the pressure drop does not exceed 13” water gauge in line with our ISO 9001 procedures.

PACKAGING: Each humidifier is packed with a batch number label, which can be recorded for reference purposes. Weight: 75g
