What information does MPB require in order to provide a quotation?

Please supply as much information as possible in order for us to supply a quotation, ie if possible:

Quantity
Flow rate and process conditions
Is a valve required?
Rear facing, or straight through connections?
Process connections required, ie 1/4″ BSPPF, 1/4″ NPTF, etc
If you have a current MPB flowmeter, please supply the batch number (this can be found on the side of the flowmeter)
Model required (if known)

Is the 1650 Series valve cartridge easy to remove and replace?

Yes, it a very simple procedure to remove and replace the cartridge assembly on the 1650, with only a 1.5mm hex key and a 5/8″ or 16mm spanner required.

Is there any help available for flowmeter installation?

Yes. For each product, helpful and downloadable data sheets are available, covering topics such as tube and float installation and replacement, flowmeter installation, and important notes on things to avoid.

Can my flowmeter be serviced?

Yes. MPB offers a variety of serviceable parts, such as calibrated tubes, O-ring seal kits, and replacement safety covers.

In which industries or applications are MPB’s products used?

Do MPB offer engraving or bespoke artwork on their products?

Yes. MPB can provide bespoke artwork and laser engraving of logos, or QR codes.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No — there is no minimum order quantity, which means you can place small, or large orders as needed.

Where are MPB’s products made and are they quality certified?

All products are designed, manufactured, calibrated and tested in accordance with our ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System in MPB’s own UK factory (Kent). All calibration reports are traceable to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standards.

Are MPB’s products customisable to my own specification?

Yes. Over 60% of MPB’s business comes from products specially designed to customer specifications. MPB can manufacture special flowmeters, alarms, switches etc., tailored to your specific requirements.

What kinds of products does MPB Industries make?
