Series 1200 Variable Area Flowmeter is a widely used standard VA flowmeter supplied in three lengths, ideal for many industrial, process control, calibration and analytical applications.
The MPB Long Series 1200 Flowmeter has been designed where the most accurate flow measurements are required, giving a high resolution, “free float” operation, with flow rates as low as 50cc/min Air and Water. Normally front of panel mounted, but can be rear of panel mounted and supplied complete with bezel mounting kit. A circular mounting base is also available with adjustable feet if required. The Long Series 1200 Flowmeter will give an instantaneous flow rate of virtually any process gas or liquid The Long Series 1200 Flowmeter can be supplied with either nickel plated brass, anodised aluminium alloy or stainless steel connections. These can be supplied with straight through, or rear facing connections, with or without integral control valves.
Series 630 and 1000 Variable Area Flowmeters - highly versatile, broad specification, small variable area flowmeter with, or without, integral flow control valve, stainless steel connections, etc. Widely specified general use VA flowmeter. Alarm version available. Flow rates available down to 20cc/min Air @ 1013 mbar abs 20°C.
Series 1700 Variable Area Flowmeter is a robust in-line mounted meter with a wide variety of flow ranges. MPB provide specifications for corrosion resistant applications.
Series 1750 Variable Area Flowmeter with optional latching alarm is a robust and widely used VA flowmeter which handles flows up to 125 L/min H2O and 1750 L/min Air @ 1013 mbar abs 20°C and can be fitted with an economical latching alarm device. They can be supplied with stainless steel or PVC connections.
The Series 3000 Variable Area Flowmeter with optional latching alarm offers a wide range of flows, both liquid and gas. For low flows these utilise "free floats". Standard flows as low as 250cc/min Air and up to 125L/min h2O available.
Series 3500 Variable Area Flowmeter is a high accuracy, quality, variable area flowmeter. Flow rates up to 250 L/min H20. Can be supplied with latching alarm facility. Connections PVC, or stainless steel.
A full range of rear of panel mounting kits is available. These are supplied complete with bezel and all mounting accessories.
Where a wide turndown ratio is required, the Series 1241S Dual Tube Cascade Variable Area Flowmeter can cascade two flow tubes to give accurate readings with a 100:1 turndown.
1240S Dual Tube Variable Area Flowmeter is series of dual tube flowmeter assemblies covering a wide range of gases and liquids. Employed where space is of a premium, or a really neat "double tube" application is required.
The Series 1200HS Hygienic Variable Area Flowmeter has a useful range of flow rates and is fitted with tri clamp process connections as standard.
The 640S Dual Tube Variable Area Flowmeter is the smallest version dual tube arrangement we offer, ideal where mounting space is of a premium. The 1040S Dual Tube VA Flowmeter is the larger version which offers a better scale resolution.
Series 7200 Clearview Variable Area Flowmeter is designed to offer an economical solution for liquid flow measurements up to 1M3/min (1000 L/min, 60M3/hr). Available in five sizes with a useful range of standard flows and are generally available ex-stock.
Series F5000 is a specialised transmitting variable area flowmeter for corrosive mediums certified to IP65. EExia IIC T6.
Series F6000 Metal Tube Variable Area Flowmeter - a useful range of metal tube VA flowmeters which can be supplied with transmitters, alarms, flanged, or screwed connections. 3/4", 1", 2" and 3" versions available.
The MPB Series 650 range of Variable Area Flowmeters are suitable for measuring the instantaneous flow rate of virtually any process liquid or gas. The principle of operation of the variable area flowmeter is quite simple:- The height attained by the float in its tapered flow tube is directly related to a calibrated scale. The MPB Series 650 flowmeter has rear facing connections. The flowmeter can be supplied for insert mounting into a panel cutout or surface mounting.
