Series 630 and 1000 Variable Area Flowmeters

A highly versatile, broad specification, small flowmeter with an integral flow control valve, with stainless steel, or nickel plated brass connections.  A widely specified general use flowmeter that can be fitted with a flow failure alarm if required.  Flow rates down to 20cc/min Air are available.

Series 1200 Variable Area Flowmeter

The MPB Series 1200 Variable Area Flowmeter is a widely used standard flowmeter supplied in three lengths, compact, standard and long, ideal for many industrial, process control and analytical applications.  These can be supplied with, or without, a flow control valve. Rear facing and straight through connections are available in all versions.  Maximum flow rates of 150 L/min Air and 10 L/min H20 are available.

Supplied with stainless steel, nickel plated brass, or anodised aluminium end connections.

High temperature and high pressure versions are also available.

A 1200L special version is available to take 230mm anaesthetic flow tubes.

Series 1200 Variable Area Flowmeter with 230mm Anaesthetic Flow Tube

A 1200 special version is available to take 230mm long anaesthetic flow tubes.  These can be supplied with, or without, a flow control valve.  Tubes are conductive and fully earthed in accordance with BS 4272 and the flowmeters are built with luminescent backing strips.

Series 1700 Variable Area Flowmeter

A robust in-line mounted meter with a wide variety of flow ranges up to 150 L/min Air and 10 L/min H20, can be supplied with stainless steel or PVC end connections, ideal for corrosive applications.

High temperature and high pressure versions are also available.

Full rear of panel mounting kits are available.

Series 1750 Variable Area Flowmeter with optional latching alarm

This flowmeter handles flows up to 125 L/min H20 and can be supplied with an economical latching alarm. Stainless steel or PVC connections are available as standard.  This flowmeter also handles a wide range of gas applications.
High temperature and high pressure versions are also available.

Series 3000 Variable Area Flowmeter with optional latching alarm

This instrument offers a wide range of flows, both liquid and gas.  For low flows these utilise “free floats”.  Standard flows as low as 50cc/min Air.

Series F280 Flowmeter

The MPB Series F280 Flowmeter handles flows up to 40 L/min H20 and can be supplied with or without an integral flow control valve.

Series 7200 Variable Area Flowmeter

The standard MPB Series 7200 Variable Area Flowmeter can be supplied in five lengths, 200mm, 230mm, 290mm, 350mm and 430mm.  These have been designed to cater for economical solutions for liquid flow measurements up to 1m3/min (60m3/hr).  The Series 7200 is of robust design, giving instantaneous flow rate indication.

MPB Series 7200A Variable Area Flowmeter with alarm

The 7200A Variable Area Flowmeter can be read in conjunction with the 7200 Flowmeter for flow ranges but has the additional feature of one or two fully adjustable latching alarms.

Series 3500 Variable Area Flowmeter

The MPB Series 3500 Variable Area Flowmeter offers an excellent means of instantaneous flow measurement.  This instrument is of strong construction and ideal for demanding applications where flow rates up to 300 L/min H20 are required.  It can be supplied with stainless steel or PVC end connections. 

The flow tube is easily removed in situ for cleaning.

Economical latching alarms are available where both high and low alarms are specified. 

A separate blank scale plate can be supplied for customised scale requirements.

Flotrak Metal Tube Flowmeters

A useful range of metal tube meters that can be PTFE lined.  Can be supplied with transmitters, alarms, flanged, or screwed connections. 

Rear of Panel Mounting Kits

Full rear of panel mounting kits are available for the MPB Series 630, 1000, 1200, 1700, 1750 and 3000 Flowmeters.   An attractive bezel is supplied, with a black surround, which gives excellent vision of the flow tube.
